However, I also learned some tricks, using which I could make my hair APPEAR to be bigger and healthier than it actually is. So girls, here are some tips you can use as well!

1. Change The Way You Part Your Hair

Most of us, have a favorite part. Be it the middle parting or the side parting. However, when we train our hair to a certain parting, it becomes flatter and stays that way. Therefore, it is advised that you change you parting every so often.

2. Use A Volume Boosting Shampoo

In the beginning I really did not pay attention to the type of shampoo I was using. I was unaware of the huge difference using a correct shampoo could make in my overall hair volume and health. There are numerous volume boosting shampoos easily available at any retail store. Spend some time to find the correct one. You’ll be amazed to see the difference it makes,

3. Sleep In A Bun

After you take a shower at night, air dry your hair to when it is still a little damp and then put it in a high loose bun. This way your hair dries while lifted off the scalp, providing the extra volume you need. This one is my go to as it does not require any special products or heating equipment.

4. Use Dry Shampoo

I have only just recently started using dry shampoo and it does wonders for you hair! You can buy it from a beauty store or can even make one at home using simple ingredients from your kitchen! Here is an easy way to make your own customized dry shampoo.

Mix 2 Tbsp of Coca Powder with a few drops of your favorite essential oil, and voila you’re done. Apply this to the the roots of your hair and brush off any excess!
